Frequently asked questions
What is in a surprise box?
It depends on what the shop has left that day, so it is a surprise. The listing tells you the kind of food to expect and the shop's description.
When do I collect my box?
Each box has a pickup window on the same day, shown on the listing. Collect it in person at the shop during that window.
Do I have to pay online?
No. Prepaying is the default, but cash at pickup is always available.
What if I can't make it?
Cancel from your orders in the app as early as you can so the box can go to someone else. Missed pickups may limit how you can reserve in future.
Why does Khaado ask for my location?
To show shops near you and how far away they are, only while you use the app. If you say no, the feed shows a city centre instead.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account in the app and choose delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
